Social Media Specialist

Job Description

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing and editorial content calendars and creative requests for all corporate and client social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, company blogs, and other content platforms as applicable
  • Day-to-day scheduling and execution of posts across all social media channels
  • Produce campaigns to elevate Money Pages as the trusted voice for local advertising and promotions, ensuring consistency in branding and voice throughout our brand’s social media channels
  • Elevate 3D Digital as the trusted voice for sound digital marketing solutions, ensuring consistency as a local leader in website design, targeted display banners, social media management and other services.
  • Monitor all social communities daily to ensure comments and questions are responded to in a timely manner
  • Moderate and respond to public comments daily across client social communities and flag customer service and technology issues as needed to the appropriate response team
  • Collaborate with the Senior Managers, Account Managers and the Creative team to ensure the Social Media marketing strategy corresponds with and amplifies to the brand’s overall marketing strategy
  • Use social analytics tools including Google Analytics, Facebook Insights and more to analyze data from multiple perspectives and apply learnings to content programming strategy
  • Keep informed and educated of social media and digital marketing trends to ensure that social media platforms are reflecting them at all times.
